As I attend many meetings and do meeting audits, I take pictures and video to help meeting planners and managers identify the “Event Eroders” and potential threats to effective meetings.  Answers will be posted later.

    Here are my picks:
    * Room is too dark or there needs to be a light on the speaker
    * Presenter is off to the side and not on a platform
    * Power cord in the middle of the aisle
    * Side door open emitting light into the room
    * Audience is spread out
    * Too much seating for audience size
    * Whether theater seating is appropriate depends on the audience interaction the speaker is hoping for
