Meeting Problems

Think about how many times the following scenarios happen:

 

Roger in accounting forgets it’s his turn to explain the new process. His co-workers have to wait for him as he pulls his notes together and eventually gets to the front of the room.  Or

The manager starts with the quarterly sales figures, but then spins out of control talking about his grandchild for 20 minutes. Or,

The regular announcements used to only take 3 minutes, but now since the company’s growth they take 7, 11, or perhaps even 15 minutes. And, this is despite the fact that everyone has already received all of the announcements via email!
