Returns & Cancellation
Your satisfaction is our success! We strive to provide our customers with the highest level of service possible. All products carry a 15 day satisfaction guarantee beginning from the day product is shipped from our warehouse, unless otherwise noted. We will not refund the shipping portion of the purchase.
Our digital content are non-tangible, irrevocable goods so we do not issue refunds after the product is downloaded, which you are responsible for understanding upon purchasing any goods of this nature at our site. The only exceptions for refunds are under the following circumstances:
1. When our product(s) doesn’t work on your computer properly.
2. When you were charged twice for the same transaction.
3. Product appears to be not-as-described on a case by case basis in agreement of the parties concerned.
When cancelling an annual subscription, the paid amount is pro-rated and a refund is issued in blocks of unused months. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable.
To initiate a return or cancellation, submit the following information to RMA@TheMeetingMaximizer.com.

• Name
• Address
• E-mail
• Phone
• Reason for refund

We will review your request and contact you regarding our decision. If we award you a refund, a check will be sent to you within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
